How long does it take to design and make a custom engagement ring?
Typically, it takes about 6-8 weeks from the moment you approve the design. However, we offer limited opportunities to complete a custom engagement ring within 10-15 days, which would require your active participation. Contact us to discuss your options!
Do you work with lab-grown diamonds and other gemstones?
Yes. We design with natural or lab diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and unique salt & pepper stones. We’ll help you choose the right stone for beauty, durability, and budget.
What if I don’t know her ring size?
No problem. We have discreet methods to help you find the right size without spoiling the surprise, and resizing is complimentary within the first 60 days.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. We safely ship worldwide, fully insured. Your ring arrives in secure packaging with tracking provided.
Do I need to make a deposit to start?
Yes. A $500 deposit begins the design process and covers our time sourcing the perfect stones and preparing detailed concepts. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Can I use my own diamond or heirloom stones?
Absolutely. We love giving heirloom diamonds and gemstones a new life in a custom design that fits your style while preserving their story. These projects often take a little more time, since extra care goes into evaluating and setting your stone — but the result is always worth it.
