If I could give NinaVova a 100 stars I would. It’s not easy finding someone to work with you on such a vintage and unique design style. Sergey made it all so effortless! He was wonderful to work with, making the whole process smooth with constant communication. He helped me put words to my vision and made all my ring dreams come true! The final product came out even more beautiful and authentic than I could’ve imagined. I would definitely recommend working with Sergey on whatever ring design your heart desires! I know Sergey (from NinaVova jewelry) as a high professional photographer. I did not know that he and his team also create custom designed rings. Once I mentioned that I dream to find a fine delicate, yet girly and remarkable ring for my wedding anniversary. After the series of sketches and discussing of the smallest details the job was done and I got what I wanted exact. It looks colorful and not massive, a perfect  combination of white gold and bright blue aquamarine. Safe delivery around the world (currently I am in Egypt and I got it safe and sound), sheer calculation of costs and a lot, a lot of patience in dealing with picky clients. I was looking for a perfect ring for a while.  It’s plenty of beautiful rings but not exactly what I dreamed about. My friend referred me to Sergey (NinaVova jewelry ) saying that he specialize in custom engagement rings. We did design together based on couple of the rings that I liked. We added few details on our own as well. He did a great job on choosing the diamond. He expected that since we choose yellow gold we can sacrifice a little bit of color toward the carats. I wasn't sure at the beginning but turns out it was a great decision! Production time was about 2 month. Over all the process was very transparent and straight forward. Can't thank enough NinaVova team for everything they did. I had a hard time choosing the ring and walking around the diamond district full of sales guy got me even more confused. I got Sergey's email from my friend, and right from the beginning, it just felt right to work with him. I'm pleased with the final result. The financial part went through smoothly. I had a wonderful experience working with Serge from start to finish.  I actually met him through a reddit post i made asking about custom ring designs  and he helpfully suggested we connect via Zoom (thanks pandemic). We arranged a time to meet and had a conversation about what my fiance wanted based on her input and my budget.  Throughout the process Serge was open to my input, asked amazing questions, and offered advice that I found to be very useful. Even though we were states away, I felt the "white glove" treatment throughout.   I was kept in the loop on timing and was provided with realistic time lines and expectations. I actually received the ring during a historic ice storm for my state so I had to wait for some time to actually receive it.  BUT, the ring outshines all the pictures that were provided during the creation process. I am so very happy with how this came out.  Its a beautiful ring set, and my Fiancé is very happy with the end result.  Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a personalized consultation and creation process, or anyone who just wants a beautiful creation for their loved one.
