Because NinaVova creates custom engagement rings, the process usually begins with a conversation rather than a standard product checkout. First, we confirm the design direction, stone options, estimated budget, timeline, and next step for your project.

• When payment is ready, select Affirm as your payment option where available.
• Provide the information Affirm needs to verify your identity and show available financing options.
• Review the terms Affirm offers, including APR, monthly payment amount, and repayment schedule.
• If approved and you accept the terms, complete the payment through Affirm and we begin the agreed next step for your ring.

0% APR options

Depending on approval and the terms shown by Affirm, eligible clients may see 0% APR installment options. This can make it easier to move forward with a custom engagement ring while spreading payments over time.

The exact offer is determined by Affirm. Not every client or purchase will qualify for the same terms, so always review the final APR, monthly payment, repayment schedule, and total cost before accepting.

Financing and custom rings

Using Affirm does not change the custom nature of your project. Your ring is still made specifically around your stone, design, size, materials, timeline, and personal details.

Our ordering, cancellation, resizing, shipping, return, and lifetime warranty policies still apply when a project is paid through Affirm. Financing gives you another way to pay; it does not turn a custom engagement ring into a returnable ready-made product.

If a refund or adjustment is ever approved under our policy, it must be handled through the original payment method and according to Affirm’s process.

Does checking eligibility affect credit?

Creating an Affirm account or checking whether you prequalify is generally treated as a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score.

If you choose an Affirm installment plan, your loan and payment activity may be reported to credit bureaus. For the most complete and current details, review Affirm’s own credit-reporting information.

What information does Affirm request?

Affirm may ask for information such as your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. This helps Affirm verify your identity and determine whether financing options are available.

NinaVova does not make the lending decision and does not control what terms Affirm offers.

Are the costs shown before you choose?

Affirm shows the available payment terms before you commit. You should be able to review the repayment schedule, APR, total cost, and monthly payment amount before accepting a plan.

How do payments work?

Payments are made directly to Affirm according to the schedule you select. Affirm may offer autopay and may send payment reminders by email or text.

Once your Affirm payment is completed and the project terms are confirmed, NinaVova begins the agreed next step for your custom ring.

Is personal information secure?

Affirm handles the personal and financial information required for financing. Affirm states that sensitive information is protected through encryption and security safeguards.

Is Affirm available outside the United States?

Affirm financing is not currently available for clients outside the United States. NinaVova ships internationally, but Affirm financing is limited by Affirm’s own availability rules.

International clients can still work with NinaVova on a custom engagement ring using other approved payment methods.
