    No. The initial virtual appointment is complimentary and helps both sides understand whether the project is a good fit.

    Can I book if the idea is still rough?

    Yes. Early ideas are completely fine. A color, shape, stone type, saved image, or general feeling is enough to start the conversation.

    Can we work remotely?

    Yes. The process is remote friendly for clients outside Los Angeles. The consultation, design direction, stone review, CAD, and project updates can all be handled virtually.
