We turn the initial idea into a clear design direction.

  • References: Existing rings, colors, architecture or personal details can help define the direction.
  • Sketches: Design ideas are refined before moving into the technical stage.

3D Modeling & Approval

Day 15–35

The concept becomes a precise model that can be reviewed before production.

  • 3D Model: Proportions, structure and stone placement can be evaluated before the ring is made.
  • Refinement: Changes are made while the project is still in the design stage.
  • Approval: Production begins after the important design decisions are confirmed.

Craftsmanship & Creation

Day 35–60

The approved design becomes the finished ring.

  • Production: The approved model moves into casting and bench work.
  • Stone Setting: The center and accent stones are fitted and secured.
  • Finishing: The ring is polished, inspected and prepared for insured delivery.

How long does the process take?
Most custom rings take approximately 6–8 weeks. Include any specific proposal date or deadline in your message so we can determine what is realistic before starting.
Do you work with natural and lab-grown stones?
Yes. A project can be developed around natural or lab-grown diamonds, sapphires and many other gemstones.
What if I do not know what the ring should look like?
References, a gemstone color, something she already wears, or simply a description of her style can provide enough information to begin narrowing the direction.
Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes. NinaVova works remotely with clients and ships completed rings internationally with tracking and insurance.
