Every ring we make at NinaVova is designed from scratch, built around your story and your specifications. Because of that, each piece is one of a kind — we don’t carry inventory, and no two rings leave our studio the same way.

Custom rings

All custom engagement rings are final sale. Since your ring is designed and crafted specifically for you — from the stone selection to the setting style and metal choice — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. This is standard practice across the custom jewelry industry and reflects the nature of the work, not a lack of confidence in it.

We take this responsibility seriously, which is why we involve you at every stage of the process: from the initial design consultation through stone approval, sketches, and final confirmation before production starts. You will never be surprised by what arrives.

Resizing

We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. If your ring needs adjustment after that window, we’re happy to help at a modest cost — just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Lifetime warranty

Every ring comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects — loose prongs, structural issues, and craftsmanship flaws. Normal wear, accidental damage, and stone loss caused by impact are not covered, but we’ll always assess your situation and do our best to help.

Something isn’t right?

If your ring arrives and something genuinely doesn’t match what we agreed on — a different stone, wrong metal, incorrect size — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you. That has never happened, and we intend to keep it that way.
